All houseboat boarding times are scheduled between 9 a.m. and 12 noon. Return times are scheduled between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. A short, but complete, instruction as to the operation of the boat and her on-board equipment is provided by competent and knowledgeable personnel.
A RESERVATION DEPOSIT of $750.00 per houseboat is required at the time the reservation is made. The Reservation Deposit is applied toward your rental fee. Written notice is required on all cancellations. With cancellation 45 days or more prior to departure date, a $300.00 facilitating fee will be charged. CANCELLATIONS received less than 45 days prior to departure are subject to forfeiture of total reservation deposit. A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $1000.00 is required prior to boarding. Refund of security deposit is made after the return of the boat in the same condition as checked out. Sorry, NO PETS are allowed. Gasoline is NOT included in the rental fee. Minimum rental age is 24.
