Help Wanted
Marine mechanic

We’re seeking a Full-Time Marine Mechanic ($15-$22/hr) to join our service department.
Mechanics Qualification:

  • Mechanically inclined, some experience but will train.

  • Use basic hand tools

  • Must be able to stand, kneel, and crawl while operating equipment and tools.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, eligibility to drive company vehicles, and personal reliable transportation.

  • Engine Repair Certifications are a plus (not required).

  • Tech School Degree a plus (not required).

  • Familiar with Mercury Mercruiser or volvo

Mechanics Requirements:

  • Perform quality repairs; take pride in finished results; correct deficiencies.

  • Troubleshoot concerns, diagnose problems, and coordinate repairs.

  • Independent drive and personal ownership of responsibilities.

  • Communicate consistently throughout the day. Present daily progress by using good written and verbal communication.

  • Maintain equipment by following operating instructions and performing preventative maintenance.
